The shower was a disaster, spraying water everywhere and causing a mess. Room maintenance left much to be desired. items like face towels and slippers required requests despite being listed as amenities. Additionally, the room's soundproofing was inadequate, allowing outside noise from ceremonies to disrupt rest. Lastly, unexpected charges for transport were a bit of a sour note after waiting long for a taxi.

Staying at Semabu Hills Hotel was quite the experience! The view from my room was spectacular, especially during sunset. I admired the ocean and harbor right from my balcony. The infinity pool had a surreal feel, making each swim feel like floating in the ocean. The staff was attentive, making sure everything was taken care of promptly. The room was spacious with comfy bedding, perfect for relaxation. However, the food was a bit of a letdown. During my dinner, the meal seemed to lack freshness, and breakfast options were limited with only a few choices available. Cleaning could use some attention. the soap dispenser raised some questions about hygiene. Additionally, I faced issues with the shower which sprayed water everywhere, making for a messy experience. Despite these hiccups, the hotel’s ambiance and views made my stay memorable.

We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The suite was spacious with amazing views, and the pool access was such a treat. The staff was super welcoming, especially the girl at the restaurant who always had a sweet smile. It was a perfect end to our days exploring the island!

The Suite Pool Access, King Bed was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the views from the room were stunning, especially from the balcony. We enjoyed relaxing in the chic swimming pools and appreciated the outstanding breakfast selection. The reception team arranged personalized tours, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The views were absolutely stunning! We loved chilling at the infinity pool every day. The food was pretty good too, especially the mie goreng. Although some towels had an odd smell, overall, the cleanliness was fine. Service was quick at reception, but food delivery took a bit longer than expected.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking, especially at sunset, it felt like I was in a painting! ! Plus, the infinity pool gave a surreal feeling of swimming with the ocean. Just incredible, the tranquility was perfect for us.
